Ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh kh\u00f4ng ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CPI c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh cao h\u01a1n th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf do vi\u1ec7c c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh gi\u1ecf h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a. N\u1ebfu c\u00e1c m\u1eb7t h\u00e0ng trong gi\u1ecf h\u00e0ng t\u0103ng gi\u00e1, ng\u01b0\u1eddi ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 chuy\u1ec3n sang s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m kh\u00e1c gi\u00e1 r\u1ebb h\u01a1n, l\u00e0m cho CPI kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c s\u1ef1 thay \u0111\u1ed5i th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.2. Kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh s\u1ef1 xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c m\u1eb7t h\u00e0ng m\u1edbi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Khi t\u00ednh to\u00e1n CPI, gi\u1ecf h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 c\u1eadp nh\u1eadt th\u00eam c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m m\u1edbi xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n tr\u00ean th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y l\u00e0m cho CPI kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh k\u1ecbp th\u1eddi xu h\u01b0\u1edbng ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.3. Kh\u00f4ng t\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn s\u1ef1 thay \u0111\u1ed5i ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u1ebfu m\u1ed9t s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m trong gi\u1ecf h\u00e0ng t\u0103ng gi\u00e1 nh\u01b0ng ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u0169ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n, CPI kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n s\u1ef1 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb th\u1ef1c c\u1ee7a s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m \u0111\u00f3. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 sai v\u1ec1 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng gi\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
